Summary

Susan is in her early 30’s. She received her B.Ed and became a teacher. While teaching she was a passionate advocate for the use of technology and completed a Master of Educational Technology program. She lives in Toronto and is amazed at the size and growth of the local tech scene.

Narrative

Susan is a social entrepreneur. She has seen that many students do not get the support that they need to succeed. She is passionate about using technology to change the world, one student at a time. She originally was a teacher but has decided that she’d like to use that background and a passion for technology to increase the impact she has on the world.

Goals

For kids, parents and teachers to share stories of how her product improved their lives.

Frustrations

Susan gets frustrated by hurdles, friction and the impediments that slow down her efforts to have an impact.
